Beyond prompts. Make AI part of how you work.

A monthly, in-person experience for women already using AI who want to apply it more effectively in real work.

2-hour sessions · small group · applied, not theoretical

The Applied Salon: Detroit · An Elzehaus experience

Not a class.
Not a conference.
A monthly practice.

Each session is built around one topic — a specific application you can put to work immediately. We skip the overview and go straight to the thing that matters that month.

You'll leave with something concrete: a workflow, a prompt system, or a clearer way to approach part of your work.

Learn

One application per session — not a broad overview. We go deep on one thing that works.

Apply

You build and test during the session — not as homework. Guided, hands-on, in the room.

Share

The group is part of the value. You'll hear how other women in similar roles are actually using AI.

For women who already use AI
and want more from it.

You use AI for writing, research, strategy, content, or client work. You're not a beginner. You want to get sharper — and you want to be in a room with other women doing the same.

  • Founders and operators
  • Consultants and strategists
  • Marketers and brand leaders
  • Creatives and content builders
  • Professionals who want to work smarter with AI

This is not an intro to AI. It's designed for women who want to go further, not start from zero.

What each session looks like.

Two hours. One topic. A small group of women doing similar work.

One focused topic

Each month has a specific theme — research, content systems, workflow design, strategic thinking. One thing, done well.

Working time built in

You don't just watch. You build something during the session — a prompt, a workflow, a system — with guidance in the room.

Learn from the group

Other women in the room are using AI in their own work. What they share is often as useful as the session itself.

Small by design

Capped attendance. Enough space to ask real questions, get direct answers, and not get lost in a crowd.
